2. Service Categories and Refund Eligibility
2.1 Investment Planning and Advisory Services
These services include personalized investment strategy development, portfolio management, retirement planning, and ongoing financial advisory services.
- Initial Consultation: If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation (typically the first meeting), we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of the consultation.
- Ongoing Advisory Services: For clients who have subscribed to our ongoing advisory services:
- Monthly subscription plans may be canceled at any time. Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscription plans may be canceled within 30 days of payment for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on the unused portion, less a 15% administrative fee.
- Custom Financial Plans: Due to the personalized nature of these services, once work has begun on your financial plan, refunds are limited to:
- Full refund if canceled before work begins
- 50% refund if canceled after work begins but before delivery of the plan
- No refund after the plan has been delivered
2.2 Digital Products and Educational Materials
These include downloadable investment guides, e-books, online courses, and webinar recordings.
- Downloadable Products: Due to the immediate delivery and inability to "return" digital products, all sales of downloadable guides and e-books are final. However, if you experience technical difficulties accessing the product, please contact us for assistance.
- Online Courses: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course material.
- Webinar Recordings: All sales of webinar recordings are final unless the recording quality is substantially impaired or the content significantly differs from what was advertised.
2.3 Live Events and Workshops
- Cancellation by Client:
- 30+ days before event: Full refund less a $50 administrative fee
- 15-29 days before event: 50% refund
- 0-14 days before event: No refund, but ticket may be transferred to another person or applied to a future event within 6 months
- Cancellation by Investment Planning Hub: If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or, at your option, credit toward a future event.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your name, the service or product purchased, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund.

- Respond to your request within 3 business days
- Process approved refunds within 5-10 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

- Repeated refund requests from the same client may result in denial of future service requests.

6. Asset Management Fee Refunds
For clients utilizing our asset management services with percentage-based fees:
- Asset management fees are typically charged quarterly in advance based on the account value at the beginning of the quarter.
- If you terminate the advisory relationship mid-quarter, we will refund the prorated, unearned portion of the advisory fee based on the number of days remaining in the quarter after the termination date.
- The refund will be calculated by dividing the number of days remaining in the quarter by the total number of days in the quarter, then multiplying by the fee paid for that quarter.
- Termination of services requires written notice.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
